The American Silver Eagle has been the official silver bullion coin of the United States since its introduction in 1986 and remains one of the most widely collected modern U.S. silver coins.

The 2020 issue is particularly notable as one of the final American Silver Eagles featuring the original Heraldic Eagle reverse design before the series transitioned to the new Eagle Landing reverse during 2021.

The obverse features Adolph A. Weinman's celebrated Walking Liberty design, originally introduced on the Walking Liberty Half Dollar in 1916. Liberty is depicted walking toward the rising sun while carrying branches of laurel and oak.

The reverse features John Mercanti's classic Heraldic Eagle design, depicting an eagle behind a shield with an olive branch and arrows in its talons and thirteen stars positioned above.

Struck in 99.9% fine silver, the coin contains one troy ounce of silver and carries a legal tender face value of one dollar. Standard bullion examples do not carry a mintmark on the coin.

Graded MS-70 by NGC, this example has received the highest numerical Mint State grade assigned by NGC, representing exceptional preservation with no post-production imperfections visible at 5x magnification.
